McKnight & Associates is a division of PCMINC Facilities Management Group, and is primarily responsible for industrial and commercial architecture and engineering services. The division utilizes widely diversified knowledge of project controls activities and draws upon extensive experience and exposure to various types of projects and clients. McKnight & Associates works closely with licensed professional engineering associates (all disciplines) in providing analysis, calculations, and the checking and certification of structural steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
The division provides master planning of plant facilities and expertise in the new construction, renovation and/or additions for control centers, warehouses, production buildings, change houses, maintenance housing, and office centers in plants. McKnight & Associates provides expertise in field engineering, field sketches of structural steel and process piping facilities as well as providing isometrics and detail documents. Project management overseeing fabrication, erection of steel, and concrete / masonry buildings for plant facilities is also provided as is engineering expertise in inspection, radio graphing, and API coded vessels, tanks, hoisting supports, piping supports structure, and weld inspections during fabrication and erection.
